1. Double-click the .dmg file.

   

2. Click Installer.pkg to run the installation.

3. Follow the prompts to complete the installation process:

   • Read the license agreement and select [I Agree].

   • Read the pre-installation notes.

     ※ Note: Administrator privileges may be required. ※ Note: IllustKit will be installed automatically for all existing Illustrator versions. ※ Plug-in Installation Path (Taking Illustrator 2026 as an example): /Applications/Adobe Illustrator 2026/Plug-ins/

4. Important Permission Settings:

   Since the plug-in needs to detect keyboard strokes (e.g., arrow keys) to control certain tools, please enable the following two settings in your macOS System Settings:

   1️⃣ Privacy & Security > Accessibility 2️⃣ Privacy & Security > Input Monitoring

   

3. Signing In

1. In the Illustrator menu bar, go to: Illustrator > About IllustKit > Sign in
2. Enter the Email address used for your purchase in the sign-in dialog box.
3. Enter the verification code sent to your inbox to complete the sign-in process.

4. Signing Out

In the Illustrator menu bar, go to: Illustrator > About IllustKit > Sign out

5. Uninstallation

1. Click Uninstaller.pkg to run the uninstaller.

2. Follow the prompts to complete the removal process.
