How do I activate my license?

1. After installing IllustKit, open the plug-in inside Adobe Illustrator.
2. Enter the email you used to register your Totallypic account.
3. Enter the verification code you receive to start using IllustKit.

Is IllustKit a one-time purchase?

Yes, it's a one-time purchase with lifetime access.

You'll receive all free updates for the first year. After that, your license remains valid forever and you can keep using your current version. If you'd like to keep receiving updates, you can purchase the Extend Updates plan ($69 USD/year).

Please note that if Adobe or your OS releases a major update in the future, we'll do our best to maintain compatibility, but full support for all future environments cannot be guaranteed.

What happens after the 1-year update period?

You can continue using your current version forever. Two things change:

1. You no longer receive new versions automatically.
2. You can still re-download the version you previously purchased (within 2 years of purchase) in case you need to reinstall.

To get the newest version, simply purchase an upgrade.

Can I transfer my license to someone else?

Licenses are tied to the original purchaser's email account and cannot be transferred to a different person.

How many computers can I install IllustKit on?

Your license is linked to your email account. You can install IllustKit on multiple computers, but only one device can be signed in at a time. To switch devices, simply sign in with your email on the new computer.
